Exchange

 You may exchange the shoes in an unworn condition if you have any size issues , looking for a different shoe style or don’t like the colour for any reason . All the shipping expenses for picking up the shoe and sending a new one are taken care off by Giwero.

Return

You may return the Product in an unworn condition with the packaging intact not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the order if the Product does not fit you or for any other reason that you may describe while making a request for a return of the Product. If the product is returned after seven (7) days which is our standard return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Giwero will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise and the decision of Giwero shall be final. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the Product.

Cancellation

You may make a request for cancellation of the order placed for a Product any time within 24-hours from the allotted date of delivery. If you do not wish to receive the order delivered, you may email Giwero at [email protected] and cancel your order. We will initiate your refund after we have confirmation on the order cancelled by you.
